Bison Bolt — Privacy Policy

Bison Bolt: Yellowstone Escape (“the app”) is published by Haselton Media Group LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is handled when you play the app, and who handles it.
Information we collect ourselves
None. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no registration and no contact forms. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and we do not receive any of them.
Your best distance and best finishing time are saved in storage on your own device so the app can show them back to you. That information stays on your device, is not transmitted anywhere, and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Information collected by our advertising partner
The app is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention:
- Device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID
- Your IP address
- App interactions, such as ads viewed and rewards earned
- Diagnostic information about app performance, such as launch time and crashes
All of this is encrypted in transit using TLS. We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you; we see only aggregate earnings and performance reports.
Google’s handling of this data is governed by its own policies:

Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can reset the identifier or remove it entirely, which stops it being used to personalise ads.
- Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a Google-provided consent form the first time you play. Your choice there controls whether ads are personalised, and you can change it later from the app.
- Opt out of personalised ads generally. Visit adssettings.google.com.
- Delete everything. Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device. Because we hold no server-side records about you, there is nothing further for us to delete.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will look into it.
Permissions the app requests
The app requests internet access and the Google Play advertising ID permission, both solely to display ads. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or precise location.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
