RealDice 3D Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026.

RealDice 3D is provided by Haselton Media Group LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Android app, package com.haseltonmediagroup.realdice3d.

Accounts and app data

RealDice 3D does not require an account or a login. The app stores your selected number of dice, acceptance of its terms, and up to 100 recent roll-history entries in private app storage on your device. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK may also store consent preferences locally. History entries include the time, number of dice, and results. Clear History removes the history saved by the app. Clearing the app’s storage removes its saved preferences and history.

The app permits Android backup. Depending on your Android settings, app preferences and history may be included in operating-system backups or device transfers. Those copies are managed by your device or backup provider; clearing history in the app does not directly delete an existing backup.

The app reads accelerometer motion and touch input to respond to shake, flick, and tap controls. The app’s own code processes these inputs on your device and does not send sensor readings or roll-history contents to Haselton Media Group LLC or to AdMob. Haselton Media Group LLC does not sell your roll-history data.

Advertising and Google services

RealDice 3D displays banner advertising using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may collect or process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it; advertising ID, app set ID, and other applicable device or account identifiers; app and advertising interactions such as app launches, ad views and taps; and diagnostic or performance information.

Google uses advertising-related information to deliver and measure ads, provide analytics, detect fraud and invalid traffic, and maintain security. Ad personalization and identifier use depend on applicable law, your settings and choices, and Google’s service configuration. Advertising data may be processed by Google and its advertising partners outside your country. Ad requests can involve data processing even when ads are not personalized.

Read Google’s Privacy Policy and its explanation of partner-site and app data use.

The dice-result code does not use advertising activity, advertising identifiers, previous rolls, or advertising consent choices to select outcomes.

Privacy choices

You can reset or delete your advertising ID using the controls available in your Android settings. Google also provides advertising controls at My Ad Center. Availability depends on your device and account.

The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to update consent information at launch and display Google’s consent form when required. Ads are requested only when Google’s SDK indicates that an ad request is permitted. When no consent form is required, eligible ads can still be requested.

When Google’s SDK requires a way to revisit privacy settings, a Privacy choices entry appears in the existing Legal screen and opens Google’s privacy-options form. The dice features remain available regardless of advertising consent choices or ad availability.

Consent errors may be written to Android’s local diagnostic log for troubleshooting. The app does not upload those logs to Haselton Media Group LLC. Device debugging tools may access them.

RealDice 3D is designed for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the address below.

Retention, security, and requests

Local app data remains until removed through the app or Android storage controls, subject to operating-system backups. Google determines retention for information it processes under its policies. Google describes Mobile Ads SDK transmissions as encrypted using TLS. No storage or transmission method provides absolute security.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond and address your request. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. You can contact us about those rights; for information controlled by Google, use Google’s privacy controls or contact Google.
